No, we do not offer any additional discounts. Our all inclusive MRP is lower than most stores. Our products are offered directly from the manufacturer and with no overheads like rent, inventory costs, etc. We are able to pass on this benefit to all our customers by way of honest and competitive prices.

Delivery
BCI Jewels provides free shipping on all items within India.
For orders within India, our delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address provided by you. We have few products under ready to ship which will be delivered to your address within 3 to 10 business days.
The rest of our products are ‘Made to Order’ and it takes us 2 to 20 business days to safely deliver these jewellery pieces to you. This includes the time taken to individually handcraft each product and ship it to your delivery address.
Please note that the business days mentioned do not include Sundays and festive holidays.
We process the national delivery only through reputed insured couriers. Please check if we deliver to your pincode. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Your jewellery is shipped in durable, tamper-proof packing that ensures that the contents remain intact. Your jewellery is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services for orders within India. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.
Currently, we take orders for delivery only in India.
Until your order is ready to be shipped, you can change the shipping address. Please contact our team at bcijewels@gmail.com for assistance.
For orders that are ready for dispatch, we will be able to reship it to your new address as soon as the consignment is returned back to us.

Life Time Exchange & Buy Back Policy
We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-back on all purchases made from BCI Jewels, within India. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchanged basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges and Rs.500 for return shipping charges. If you received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable.

Yes, we do have a selection of chains to offer you. After you select a pendant, click on ‘Buy Now’. This will take you to the shopping bag, where details of your pendant will be given along with an option to browse for chains. Please note, that the price mentioned near the pendant is for the pendant only, you would need to buy the chain for it separately.

All diamond and gemstone jewellery bought from BCI Jewels is certified by SGL, IGI, GIA or HKD and all gold jewellery bought from BCI Jewels is BIS hallmarked, some of the most respected and trusted diamond grading bodies in the world
Yes we can arrange a duplicate for you for Rs 500. It will come with copy/duplicate written across the certificate as a watermark.
Incase your ring does not fit well, we will be happy to replace it with a new ring in the new size. If it is a bigger ring you require, we will only charge you the additional price of the new ring, as listed on our website. For a smaller ring, we will be happy to refund you the additional amount paid by you while placing the initial order.

Conflict diamonds are diamonds that are mined in many conflict zones in Africa and are illegally sold in order to fund wars, hence earning the name “conflict diamonds” or “blood diamonds”. We understand that we owe a duty of care to the world we live in and hence have taken care to provide diamonds in an environmentally responsible manner.

One of the perks of being an online store is that it allows us to avoid most inventory costs that are otherwise involved in a physical storehouse that showcases its products. This helps us sell our solitaires at a reasonable price to you. After all, we look to keep you elated!
We offer you a Lifetime Buy Back Policy on Solitaires wherein you may sell your solitaire back to us for 85% of its current market value. This is subject to a value limit of Rs. 10,00,000/- for solitaires.
Please note that Solitaire Diamonds can also be exchanged with any other BCI Jewels product or solitaire at 90% of its current market value. This is, however, subject to a value limit of Rs. 10,00,000/-
You may contact us via mail, phone or chat and we will be happy to courier a BCI Jewels tamper proof package to you. Please secure your solitaire in this package, along with the original packing material and certificate. Once you have the package ready, contact us and we will have it picked up from you through courier service.
The shipping charges for the same will be borne by the customer. Please note that in case of an exchange, you will be receiving a voucher of the exchange value from us. This voucher can be used to purchase jewellery available on our website.

There are no hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The total price mentioned on the product page next to the photograph is the final price. What you see is what you pay.
Prices on BCI Jewels.com are subject to change without notice. Please expect to be charged the price for the BCI Jewels merchandise you buy as it is listed on the day of purchase
We accept VISA and Master Card (Indian cards only). You will need to key in your 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value – found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.

The refunded amount will be directly credited to your bank account after we receive your jewellery. Please mail or call our team with your bank account and IFSC code which can be found printed on your cheque book.
After Purchase Questions
All sales prices are final and BCI Jewels does not price match. All our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time and our prices do too.
If the design permits, we can resize the ring for a small charge. This is applicable for orders within India only.
If there are any problems with the quality of the workmanship of your piece we’ll repair it free of charge. If you damage a piece, we’ll repair it for you for a very reasonable fee plus shipping: we want you to enjoy your piece, not have it sitting in a box! This is applicable for orders within India only.
Of course, but we don’t recommend it. We can’t accept returns of items that have been modified by someone else. Having someone else work on a piece also voids the lifetime exchange policy, because these kinds of modifications, when done incorrectly, can damage the gems or the strength of the setting.
Policies
We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases* made from BCI Jewels, within India. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned or exchanged for its current market value, with deductions towards making charges.
This means your product’s current value of gold, diamonds and coloured stones, will be determined based on product specifications and the current price listed on our website.
If you received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable.
The value of the exchanged product after deductions towards making charges and discounts will be credited to your BCI Jewels account. This remains valid for 365 days and can be used to purchase anything on our website. The value cannot be encashed.
If you choose to return the product, we will refund 90% of the total amount, with deductions towards making charges and discounts. Payment will be made via online bank transfer within 10 days of receipt of the product.
Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Buy-Back amount of the product. Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than BCI Jewels shall not be accepted for return.
We offer a Lifetime Exchange Policy and Buy-Back Policy on Solitaires worth less than or equal to Rs. 10, 00,000 purchased from BCI Jewels, within India. The product along with the original product certificate, can be exchanged or returned basis its current market value.
If you received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable. You can choose to return the free gift as well.
Lifetime Exchange
The value of the exchanged solitaire will be credited to your BCI Jewels account. This remains valid for 365 days and can be used to purchase anything on our website. The value cannot be encashed.
Lifetime Buy-Back
If you choose to return the product, we will refund 80% of the total amount, with deductions towards discounts and making charges. Refund will be made via online bank transfer within 10 days of receipt of the product.
Solitaire exchange and buy-back will be dealt by our solitaire experts on a case to case basis. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to revise the exchange and buy-back amount of the product.
Solitaires and mounts showing signs of alteration by anyone other than BCI Jewels or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for exchange.
BCI Jewels provides free delivery/shipping on all items within India. Our delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address. We have several products under the Same Day Shipping section. These are ready to ship products and will be delivered to your address within 2 to 10 business days.

Gift card
- Valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Any balance amount left in a used gift card can not be reused
- Upto 3 gift cards can be used in a single transaction.
- Gift card brought on the website is valid for all products available on www.BCI Jewels.com.
- To redeem this gift card on www.BCI Jewels.com, please use the Gift Card option on the payment page and enter the above card number and card pin while placing the order. Any balance amount left on the used gift card can not be reused.
- For return of products purchased using gift cards, the money returned will be credited in form of credits to the customer.
- BCI Jewels is not responsible if the gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
- The gift cards cannot be replaced, refunded or exchanged for cash.
- BCI Jewels is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules. Products and services are subject to availability.
- Credits can’t be used to purchase gift cards.
